Centrifugal monoblock pumps are powered by AC induction two pole motors that are totally enclosed and fan cooled. The stator is made of silicon steel laminates that have been assembled under pressure and are rigidly locked in place. High-grade enamelled copper wire is used for the windings, which offers excellent corrosion resistance and is impregnated with varnish. Using quality materials and designing motor frames results in high performance and low temperature rise, extending the motor's life cycle.
